Wedding Stationery
Save the Date
This will be your first opportunity to officially let your family and friends know that you've set the date!

We can give them a glimpse of your wedding theme or throw them off the scent completely - your choice!

Just include your names, the date and location of your wedding and tell them "full details to follow......!"
Simple cards, funky fridge magnets or maybe something completely different - whatever you choose, we can make it happen.
My Save the Date cards will always be supplied with matching envelopes unless not required. Your chosen design can also be supplied as an electronic version if required.

Wedding Invitations
When designing your wedding stationery, I will always produce physical samples for your approval as it is important to me that you are completely happy with the look and feel of the finished product.

There are no minimum numbers so only order what you need; but if you suddenly find you're a couple short, just let me know and I'll get them done.

It's important to think about all the information you might need to give your guests prior to the big day,
-
Timings - when to be at the Church/Venue
-
Dress code (if you have one)
-
Directions to the venue and/or parking details
-
Accommodation
-
Gift information
-
Any special dietary requirements etc.
If this cannot be contained within the main body of your invitation then we may need to create some additional information cards to go with them.
Seating Plan & Place Cards
Even a relatively small wedding will benefit from a seating plan. After all, everyone likes to know where they are sitting and wants to ensure that they are sitting together.

Even if your wedding is going to be very informal, it is still recommended that you put up a seating plan so family groups or couples are not split up when there's not enough room on one table.

If your guests are being asked to pre-order their choice of food, this can be printed on the back of their place cards to remind them of their choices and help keep the food service smooth and seamless.

Place cards can also be designed to include a charity pin for your guests to keep. A lovely touch if you have a particular charity close to your heart.
Wedding Timeline
We all love to know what's going to be happening when we're guests at a wedding don't we!

A timeline displayed on an easel or stand is a lovely visual to ensure your guests know what is happening and when. It can also be helpful for any guests needing to book taxis at the end of the evening to get them back to their accommodation or home.

These are A1 in size and can be printed on 5mm foamex board, preboard or framed in a loan frame from me.
Order of Service or Ceremony
It is usual for a Church wedding to have an Order of Service sheet for your guests but it is also nice to have an Order of Ceremony sheet if you are having a civil ceremony as your guests can follow the service, enjoy the readings and take note of the music you have chosen.

I recommend that one between two guests is usually sufficient but you can, of course, have a copy for everyone if you prefer.

A draft copy will always be produced for your approval prior to printing. They are usually printed on white or cream card.
Kid's Activity Packs
Children are usually quite well behaved during the reception - especially when they have their meal - but once they have finished eating, they need something else to occupy their time.

You might decide to have a kid's table where they can go to play or you might have arranged for an entertainer to keep them occupied, if you have the space. Another nice alternative is my Kid's Activity Books.

My activity book is personalised with your names and the date of your wedding plus each child's name. Inside are 20 pages of things to do such as colouring, join the dots, word search, puzzles and much more. Each book comes with mini colouring crayons and can be added to a goody bag if required.
Thank You Cards or Postcards
After the big day, it is always nice to send some thank you's to those who have supported you, sent you gifts or helped in some way towards your wedding.

I can design postcards with a printed message on the reverse or alternatively you may prefer a folded card inside an envelope. Choose your favourite photograph from your wedding and the words you'd like included and I'll put it together for you.
Extra Signage & Miscellaneous Items
There are many additional pieces that you may like to think about for your wedding such as:-

-
Table Menu Cards
-
Table Names or Numbers
-
Signs for Guest Book/Kid's Table/Sweet Cart etc
-
Activity Packs for kids (yes, I do these too!)
-
Printed readings/vows
-
Cake Menu Card
-
QR Code cards for uploading wedding pics

These can be done much closer to the big day and designed to match everything else. I can also supply mini easels, log stands or rose gold infinity stands if required.
Extra Help & Advice
Please remember that I am here to help you with lots of little extra bits and pieces as required. I am not pushy but I do have a wealth of experience working with lovely local suppliers and services. I can help you get the most out of your budget and ensure that your wedding vision really comes to life!

I can recommend the best wedding website app or the safest place to set up your wedding gift list (especially if you're asking for money).

I can loan you a post box for your cards and I can even be there on the day if you need some extra support.
